The 2nd one is just simple math...if properly done, then by the 3rd time he lays the cards on the table, it should be the middle card of the middle row...or card number eleven after picking the rows back up...although there are cases where you have to lay the cards down 4 times...

Trick two Part 2: (When he makes the wheels)
He already knows what your card is by using the first part, and using his magic ability to count he also knows where it is.
He tels you to pick three of five groups, and lets say your card is the first card of group 1. You select group 2, 3, and 5; he eliminates them. If you would have picked group 1, the one your card is in, he would have eliminated the two that you didnt pick, as opposed to the three you did pick. Capiche?
